RIC MILITI

CEO/EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Ric Militi is a distinguished figure in the marketing and advertising world, renowned for his creative acumen and visionary leadership. With a career spanning over 38 years, Ric has made a significant impact on the arts and entertainment industries, consistently delivering groundbreaking marketing strategies and campaigns that have left an indelible mark.

Ric commenced his journey by founding The Ad Group in 1990, specializing in entertainment marketing. His clientele included iconic names like Universal CityWalk, Warner/Chappell Music, the Peninsula Hotel of Beverly Hills, Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, Beverly Wilshire Hotel, the city of Beverly Hills, and United Paramount Network (now the CW).

In 1994, Ric merged The Ad Group with Eisaman, Johns and Laws (EJL), one of the west coast’s largest advertising agencies. Beginning as an Executive Vice President, he swiftly rose to become the agency’s President. EJL focused on brand advertising, granting Ric the opportunity to work with global brands like the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, Pennzoil, Corona, Neutrogena, Kahlúa, and Giorgio Perfume.

Following his tenure at EJL, Ric established RMO Marketing Agency in 2000, maintaining a prestigious client roster, including the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, Aladdin Resort Casino, Merv Griffin Hotels, and DreamWorks/SKG.

In 2004, Ric embarked on an exceptional endeavor, creating and overseeing an in-house advertising department for Valley View Casino, a startup casino in San Diego. Under his guidance, the casino evolved into one of the nation’s most respected Native American casino brands.

In 2012, Ric leveraged his extensive experience to launch InnoVision Marketing Group, an “Anti-Agency®” concept aimed at delivering superior marketing services. Today, InnoVision is one of San Diego’s largest agencies, serving clients across the nation.

However, Ric Militi’s vision extends far beyond domestic borders. With a global perspective and a relentless drive for excellence, he aspires to elevate InnoVision Marketing Group into a worldwide brand powerhouse. His unwavering commitment to creative marketing solutions and client satisfaction has positioned InnoVision as a company poised for international expansion, set to make a substantial impact on the global stage. As Ric continues to pioneer innovative marketing strategies and contribute to the evolution of the arts and entertainment industries, InnoVision’s journey is set to become a remarkable chapter in the annals of international marketing success.

ALYSSA ORTEGA

Sr. Vice President/Media & Client Services

With a passion for learning and innovation, Alyssa is driven to continue expanding her knowledge of the dynamic media landscape. Alyssa began her media career at Slate PR in New York City, where she worked with clients such as the Tony Awards. With a goal to strengthen her traditional media skills, Alyssa joined Initiative, a global agency within IPG Mediabrands, working on the Albertsons-Safeway account. In moving to InnoVision, she layered onto this bare-bones media buying approach a strategic emphasis on in-content, non-skippable and endorsement strategies with impact beyond just static reach and frequency numbers.

Alyssa plays a key role in each client’s traditional and digital campaigns, leading the RFP process and negotiations for annual media plans, ensuring seamless integration across all media elements. She also leads our digital department, spearheading digital strategy recommendations and optimizations across all channels including Display, Social, Audio, Streaming Video, Connected TV, and SEM. Her analytical and detail-oriented perspective helps clients of all sizes ensure campaigns across all mediums are effective with specific strategies designed to generate results.

GISELLE CAMPOS

Sr. Vice President/Sr. Creative Director

Giselle Campos is a dynamic marketing professional with expertise in both digital and traditional media. Her career commenced in social media and digital marketing, focusing on branding and music video direction. In 2010, Giselle joined RG Magazine as Creative Director and Editor in Chief, where her rebranding efforts transitioned the publication into the digital era. This drove millions of impressions and fostered partnerships with prominent fashion brands and recording artists. She also excelled in the mobile app industry at Nuworld, launching and marketing 80+ apps across various sectors. Her diverse portfolio includes work for top brands like Yoplait, Hilton, Ralph Lauren, Westfield, Nine West, L'Oréal, Burger King, Sony Studios, Mac Cosmetics and more, showcasing her talent in creating compelling narratives. Then, Giselle created "The Influencer's Handbook," a book guiding social media influencers in brand-building and partnerships.

At InnoVision Marketing Group, Giselle holds the role of Senior Vice President and Senior Creative Director, overseeing Creative Strategy for all accounts. She manages relationships with clients like Huey Magoo's, Island Fin Poké Co., Krak Boba, La Boulangerie Boul’Mich, and more. Giselle leads Creative Direction, Copywriting, Design, and the agency's Hispanic Marketing Division. Her contributions have been instrumental in transforming the agency from a traditional media firm into a comprehensive marketing powerhouse, with full-service web and digital capabilities. Giselle's deep understanding of diverse marketing channels, her embrace of new technologies, and her creative expertise make her an essential collaborator in the marketing landscape.

JOSE CARRILLO

Sr. Vice President/Executive Art Director

Jose is a well-established Executive Art Director and designer who stands out from most thanks to his innate ability to think creatively as well as strategically. With 10 ADDYs and three SAM Awards to his name, Jose’s design prowess has been recognized throughout the industry. Born and raised in Mexico City, Jose attended the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design.

He then continued his education in San Diego, completing Advanced English Studies at San Diego State University and obtaining a Certificate in Computer Graphics and Graphic Design from Platt College. With over three decades of design experience under his belt, Jose boasts an impressive client portfolio that includes work for companies such as H&R Block, Dr. Scholl’s, Union Bank, Wells Fargo, PFF Bank & Trust, The Fish Market, NN Jaeschke, and San Diego State University among others. Jose’s creative input, expertise, and guidance in all areas of design has helped build a dynamic and dependable design department that approaches all projects with enthusiasm and creativity.

ALANNA MARKEY

Sr. Vice President

Alanna graduated as a member of Phi Beta Kappa with high distinction (equivalent to magna cum laude) at the age of 20 from the University of California Berkeley, earning a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. Alanna joined InnoVision Marketing Group 10 years ago and has been a vital member to our team and a major contributor to our success. Alanna contributes to the collaborative working environment by managing services for key accounts, such as Valley View Casino, Palomar Health, the San Pasqual Economic Development Corporation, and more. Her wide understanding of the connection between media and creative has led the InnoVision team to develop strategic campaigns that cut through the clutter.

BIANCA KASAWDISH

Vice President of Public Relations

With a love of writing and telling a story, Bianca has eleven years of experience in the industry and over 50 published stories. Earning her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Oakland University in Michigan, Bianca went on to intern at the biggest fashion publication in Detroit, StyleLine Magazine, where she was immediately given her own column. Beginning at InnoVision as a copywriter, Bianca has taken the lead on writing content and editorial for marketing materials on all platforms. Using her newswriting background and passion for editorial along with a deep understanding of great brand representation, perception, and exposure, the public relations department was launched in 2019 led by Bianca. She carries the brand strategy into every project she works on, always making sure to look at the big picture while simultaneously paying attention to the smallest details.

MIKEY A. GUEVARA

Vice President of Web Development

Mikey's journey into the world of web development began in high school, and since then, he has immersed himself in the intricacies of web technologies, SEO, and server management during his studies at Southwestern College and UCSD. His enthusiasm for exploring and mastering various coding languages has led him to excel in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.

In a constantly evolving coding landscape, Mikey tackles everyday challenges involving troubleshooting and compatibility testing in the web realm. His expertise also extends to SEO and implementing optimization strategies.

Mikey brings a wealth of experience, having dedicated six years to InnoVision and its diverse clientele. He has been instrumental in developing, and managing websites for our clients. Notably, as the leader of our web team, he consistently ensures the delivery of top-tier products that align with our clients' objectives. Mikey's hands-on approach includes overseeing website optimization, ensuring seamless functionality, and enhancing loading speeds. As the Vice President of the development department, Mikey now spearheads all web-related projects and developments, including the maintenance and updates needed to keep our websites optimized and aligned with the latest industry standards.

JENNIFER PENROD

Vice President of Finance

With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance operations, Jennifer is a seasoned financial analyst who stands out for her impeccable ability to strategize, forecast, and streamline financial operations. Dedicated to creating long-term strategies that focus on big-picture growth and stability, she is passionate about numbers and providing clear financial data that is integral to the financial health of InnoVision Marketing Group. Originating from Seattle, she earned a double Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting, as well as a Master’s Degree in Finance at California State University San Marcos. Throughout her remarkable career, Jennifer has successfully overseen financial operations in the fields of medicine, hospitality, real estate, and advertising. Jennifer's vision, leadership, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in shaping a robust financial infrastructure that is both efficient and innovative and her attention to detail ensures that every financial endeavor is handled with the utmost precision, ensuring success and sustainability. Her expertise in strategic financial planning has paved the way for numerous business success stories.

MATT LOPMAN

VP/General Manager & Executive Producer at Pretzel Logic Productions

Matt has been working in the photography and film industry for nearly two decades. In this time, his projects have taken him from the glaciers in Patagonia, to Cape Town, South Africa, and all over the continental United States. Projects that he’s worked on have gone on to win awards locally and nationally. He enjoys speaking about his work on panels that have taken place at Comic Con San Diego and San Diego State University. From the initial spark of every project to the final delivery, he puts the same amount of effort and attention to detail into all projects, from the simplest to the most complex involving multiple shoot days and crews of over 40 people. As a team, Pretzel Logic Productions, a wholly owned entity of InnoVision, brings to life some of the best commercials, branding videos, and films that elevate their clients’ brands to the highest levels. Matt leads our full-service video production team and is committed to bringing your vision to life. Matt joined InnoVision Marketing Group six years ago and has transformed our production department to what it is today. Along with his production team, Matt will be responsible for executing all photography and videography projects.
